Video Help

WMV: The WMV file is a streaming format for those of you who prefer this option.. It requires little average bandwidth to watch it. Make sure you left click and let it connect and buffer. Until the file is fully buffered, you will not be able to scan through the video. The length of the buffer speed is entirely contingent upon the speed of your connection and the memory your PC has.

You can check your bandwidth speed here. For instance, my speed is 7.4 megabits per second. That is on the higher side of the average.

Windows Media Player 9(+) is required to view our videos. Download the latest version of Windows Media Player.

How often will I be charged for your services?

Your account will be charged every thirty days from the day you originally subscribed. For example, if your account was activated on March 15th, your credit card will be automatically charged again on April 14th. If you cancel your account before that time, we will not renew your account. Instead your account will expire on that date. For example, if you were activated on March 15th and we receive your cancellation on March 30th, your account would expire on April 14th.

What is your refund policy?

Our subscription fees are non-refundable. You will receive the full benefits of your membership because your password remains active until the end of the most recent paid billing period no matter when you cancel during that period. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

What company will I be billed by?

Your credit card will be discreetly billed by CCBill, or WebStream. If you paid by check you will be billed by CCBill.

Screen Resolution Settings
Our site is designed for 800x600 and higher screen resolution. Please try changing your screen resolution to at least 800x600. Right-Click on your desktop, Select "Properties", Select "Settings", select screen area of at least 800x600, then click "OK".

How do I install plug-ins?
Here are a list of video plug-ins and the links to where you can download them. These applications install very easily and will enhance your viewing experience. Once you've downloaded the plug-in, run the installer, and follow the instructions. You will probably then need to restart your computer or at least your browser after installation.

What can I do to get Audio to Play smoothly?
Users with less than a 56k connection do not have enough bandwidth to receive both audio and video. The software gives performance to video, therefore you should mute your computers master volume.

I'm getting strange colors when I use IE to view videos?
Your display adapter may only be capable of rendering 256 colors, or, more likely, your display's control panel is set to 256 colors. If that is the case, set your display's control panel to thousands/millions of colors or high color/16 bit. Select "Display" or right-click on the desktop and choose "Properties" to correct the problem. You'll need to quit and relaunch your browser to reset the colors. If your video hardware is not capable of displaying more than 256 colors at your chosen resolution, the video will still work, but it may be oddly colored and/or look slightly fragmented.

How can I improve overall video and audio quality?
Broadband connection will have a better advantage with video and audio quality. If you have dial-up connection, pause the video to increase the buffer size. The longer you pause the video, the better it will look and sound once it begins playing.

What should I do when I get error messages or the video just won't play?
Clear your browser's cache and restart your browser:
Click "Tools" (on the menu toward the top of your screen)
Click on &Internet Options"
Click the "General" tab
Click "Delete Files" and then "OK"
Click "Clear History" and then "Yes"
Click "OK" and close your browser
Re-start your browser

General FAQ

Why do pictures take so long to load?
Many sites are designed for at least 56K modems. If your modem is slower than this you may want to consider purchasing a new one. If you have a 56K, make sure your modem is configured correctly in your connection to the Internet. Please contact your internet provider for more information.

How do I download pictures to my hard drive?
Position your mouse over the photo, click on it with the right mouse button, then choose "Save Picture As."

How do I download movies?
Once you've logged into the site find the girl you are interested in. You will notice each movie is broken down into parts. You can then right click on any part and choose "Save Target As". Please note that all models may not have downloadable clips available and downloadable content is only available for monthly memberships.

Can I use a download accelerator?
We do not allow the use of download accelerators at this time. Please turn them off when trying to view our videos. Please contact the software provider for more information.
